To maintain our customer service high standards, Hello Doris Inc. uses Canada Post as our exclusive partner to ship product directly to our customer’s home and office. Delivery times provided by Hello Doris Inc. are estimates only. Hello Doris Inc. shall not be responsible for any damages or costs resulting from any delays in delivery. Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted do not include shipping and handling charges and, when applicable, federal and provincial sales taxes.

We offer flat shipping rates, so you know what your costs are going to be when you place your order, and don’t have to worry about size or weight.

All orders processed through hellodoris.ca are delivered using Canada Post shipping services. All orders are provided with a unique tracking code. hellodoris.ca enables consumers to choose from two shipping options.

SHIPPING FEES

HELLO DORIS INC., is offering free shipping within Canada on any orders over 100.00$ before taxes. For orders less than this amount see price below.

If the shipping address provided at time of purchase is incorrect and the order needs to be re-delivered or re-routed to the new destination, additional shipping fees will be charged at the rate as stated below.

The free shipping policy does not apply in the case of re-delivery or re-routing of merchandise.

All Provinces:

  • Expedited Parcel routed in approximately 3-7 business days and shipping fee is $10.00
  • Xpresspost routed in approximately 2-4 business days and shipping fee is $24.95

For the Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories and Nunavut

  • Expedited Parcel routed in 8-12 business days and is $17.95
  • Xpresspost routed in 4-8 business days and is $44.95

All orders are shipped in our own corrugated cardboard boxes.

Once parcel is accepted, the responsibility of the merchandise is transferred to the signatory.

Public Holiday Shipping Schedule

In accordance with Canada’s Statutory Holiday schedule, Canada Post outlets will be closed on national, provincial and territorial holidays. This may result in the delay of certain deliveries.
