Return Policy

We want all the products you buy from HELLODORIS INC! Meet your expectations. Our policy is to endorse consumer satisfaction. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to an error on our part or a product defect, exchange for a similar item of equal value or a refund will be allocated. Note that we support the exchange or refund for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt.

The return of the product is at the customer’s expense.*

* Either the item be returned to us in its original condition or we also offer the alternative to send us a picture of the defect product at services@hellodoris.ca by email with a brief summary of your claim. Then we will ship your new item for free and you will not have to return the defective product so to save shipping costs. Any claim arising excessive use will not be exchanged or refunded.
