ORDER STATUS

How can I track my order?
Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email in which you will find your order number. Use this number and your postal code to track your order online, with Canada Post.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once the order is processed and shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option of returning it in exchange for another item from our vast collection.
How long before I receive my order?
All orders are shipped within 3-7 business days for Canadian orders and seven to ten business days for American orders. HELLO DORIS INC. shall not be responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the carrier.
Do you accept international orders?
Currently, we can only handle orders from Canada and the Contiguous United States

Given that the HELLO DORIS INC., collection is much diversified, the best place to view the collection is on our Website. We do not offer paper catalog.

The only informations retained on our server are the ones provided when creating your account, and any information related to your orders with us.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We use PayPal as our secure payment processor. You can therefore pay using either your credit card (Visa / MasterCard / American Express) or PayPal account. IMPORTANT: Your billing address (name, address and postal code) must be identical to that shown on your credit card statement. We use this information to verify the authenticity of the transaction and payment. Your phone number and e-mail address are also required in the event that our Customer Service team needs to contact you about your order.
Do you apply taxes on orders?
The products on HELLO DORIS INC. are taxable as those in store. Sales taxes are calculated according to provincial and federal laws in Quebec. Please note that shipping charges are also subject to taxes.
